- 1 whole-wheat English muffin, split and toasted
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sliced green olives
- 2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
- ⅛ teaspoon dried oregano
- Preheat broiler to high.
- Top each English muffin half with half with half of the tomato slices, olives, cheese and oregano. Broil until the cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
