Banana Berry Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt 
  • 3 cups frozen strawberries 
  • 2 bananas, coarsely chopped 
  • ¾ cup fat-free milk 
  • ¼ cup crushed ice 
  • ¼ cup honey 


  1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
