Vegan Protein Shake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Soy Milk (480ml)
  • 4 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 2 Medium Bananas Fresh or Frozen
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 4 Tbsp Rolled Oats
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 4 Dates Pitted

Directions

  • Add the soy milk, peanut butter, banana, cocoa powder, rolled oats, chia seeds and pitted dates to the blender jug and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour out into glasses and serve immediately.

Green Smoothie Recipe – Green Smoothie Girl – How To Make Green Smoothies

Prep: 2 mins – Total: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups spinach* frozen
  • 1 medium banana frozen
  • 1 cup fruit of choice**
  • Optional add ins: protein powder, bee pollen, collagen, etc.

Directions

  1. Put ingredients into the container of a Vitamix blender in the order listed.
  2. Start blending on low speed and increase to high.
  3. Blend on high speed for 50-60 seconds until mixture is smooth.
  4. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
